High Altitude Sponge Cake

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
6 eggs
1 cup warm water
2 small tsps baking powder

Whisk the egg yolks well.  Add the sugar and beat well.  Add water.  Sift the baking powder in with the flour and then fold into the stiffly beaten egg whites.  Bake in a slow oven three quarters of an hour.

Note:  I live at sea-level.. so I am going to need a high altitude tester here!  Let me know if you are willing to help!
